PROFESSOR G. K. AFOLABI PASSES ON

I write to share the heartbreaking information of the passing on of a former key member of faculty, Professor G. K. Afolabi. He died morning of Friday, May 8, 2020 at the Babcock University Teaching Hospital  after a brief illness.

Professor Afolabi was a distinguished professor of Business Administration.

Until his death, Professor Afolabi was a  contract staff of the University in the Department of Business Administration.

His exceptional academic career spanned many decades during which he served meritoriously as the Head of Department of Business Administration, and Dean of School of Management and Social Sciences, Babcock University.

He is survived by one wife, many children and grandchildren.

The University pray the Lord to grant His Church and family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
