Professor Daisy Selematsela, an Information and Knowledge Management expert in the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, lauded the organisation of the first International Conference on Knowledge and Innovation Management  by Babcock University.

In her own words, she says the first ICKIM organised by Babcock University spearheaded the opening of discussions, interactions and collaboration amongst knowledge practicioners from diverse institutions, decision makers, policy makers in areas of Knowledge generation and Innovation.

She stated that the challenge is the commitment of the participants to improve on their Knowledge Management (KM) competencies and ensure that knowledge management is effectively implemented and the Knowledge Management process return on investment is aligned to the respective institutional operations and business plans.

She expressed her gratitude for Babcock University's initiative in championing the Knowledge Management process in Nigeria.
