Gods own institution, Babcock University, known for its dedication to academic quality recently hosted its annual Research fair, which was hosted by the Research Innovation and International Collaboration Department of Babcock University. The event showcased the projects created by the final-year students, providing an opportunity for sharing knowledge and encouraging creativity.

Emeritus Professor Jegede of Open University, among other distinguished visitors, pointed out the significance of integrating knowledge through the establishment of an Augmented Reality (AR) center. Creating a setting where education and technology exist alongside to improve the learning process.

AR has the potential to transform methods of teaching and learning by allowing students to interact with educational content in a deeper and more significant way. Professor Jegede's recommendations for the establishment of an AR center generated interest in future developments in educational technology.

The Director of Research, Babcock University, Professor Grace Tayo emphasized the need for additional support in the area of commercialization as a means of bridging the gap between academics and industry. She urged that Research should be purposeful, verifiable, and critical.
