Professor Erhabor G.E, the Editor-in-Chief for the West Journal of Medicine, in his Lecture, talks about An Effective Medical Lecturer. He explained the Requirements for successful lecturing; make yourself and the subject you teach likable.

Believing that students enter class with many insecurities and fears about their ability to be successful, a great lecturer inspires hope.

While speaking on the attributes of a good lecturer, he highlighted Organization skill as the most cogent; a lecturer prepares well as it’s an essential ingredient in any presentation.

Effective teaching requires 50% Knowledge and 50% Communication, good teaching and good communication is about understanding and being understood.
