He advised that Teachers should be inducted based on good performance and not just manageable results, and as a teacher you make your work outstanding and also be impactful in whatever is being taught.

The Vice Chancellor of Babcock University Professor Ademola Tayo stated that the need for teachers cannot be overemphasized, congratulated the Inductees and that he liked their passion for Education and urged that they should not rest now, but should strive for greater achievements. He further advised the inductees to be good leaders with good character that students can emulate.

The Dean of Education and Humanities, Dr Abiodun Adesegun talked about how education is important not only in an individual’s life but as a country. There is no good education unless there is a good teacher and there is no good country without good teachers.
