NEW STUDENTS’ ARRIVAL, ORIENTATION AND REGISTRATION: August 18 –September 1, 2019

- Orientation of new students: August 19-25 2019
Upon arrival New Students are required to proceed to any of the following Halls of Residence for Accommodation:
Neal Wilson, Bethel Splendour and Gideon Troopers Halls (Male Students)
Crystal, Queen Esther and Ameyoh Adadevoh Halls (Female Students).
From Monday, August 19, 2019 to Friday, August 23, 2019, they are to converge at the Central Cafeteria Hall for Verification, Registration and Orientation Exercises. Thank you. Registrar..New Students will report to the School Officer of your School from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM during the registration period with the following documents:
- Four (4) copies of 2019 original UTME/JAMB result slips; or Direct Entry JAMB Registration slip.
- Eight (8) recent passport-size photographs and four (4) copies of birth certificates
- Originals and Four(4) photocopies of SSCE results or equivalents
- Originals and Four (4) photocopies of official receipts of acceptance fees and balance of the school fees paid
- Original receipt of payment for Babcock Post-UTME online application form showing your Application ID.
Candidates awaiting results shall sign an undertaking to present acceptable SSCE results or its equivalent before matriculation, which is scheduled for Thursday November 21, 2019.
- Academic Clearance: Report to the Head of Department for academic clearance.
- Psychosocial Clearance: Report to Babcock University Teaching Hospital for Medical Screening and Student Support Services Unit for psychosocial screening.
