- 2019 JAMB (UTME) result slip/JAMB Direct Entry registration slip
- Previous JAMB admission letter (for Transfer students)
- A-Level result slip (for Direct Entry Applicants)
- Academic transcript from previous Institution (for Transfer and Direct Entry Applicants)
