The BUHREC reviews all  proposals  having focus on human health, in line with the definition of ‘Health’ by the WHO . The World Health Organization, WHO, defines  Health as ‘ a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. It is also includes the ability to lead a socially and economically productive life’
Our targets for proposal review are

• Undergraduate students of Babcock University
• Postgraduate students  of Babcock University
• Staff and Faculty of Babcock University
• The Community, comprising all applicants outside Babcock University, within or outside Nigeria
