The department of Chemical pathology is one of the core laboratory medicine departments at the Benjamin S. Carson School of Medicine of the university. Asides providing didactic lectures and practical sessions to medical students and training of resident doctors, the department also runs and manages the chemical pathology laboratory where all chemistry and immunoassay tests are carried out.
