MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATION
The programme is planned over a 4 year period consisting of 8 semesters.
Each semester consists of 18 weeks of formal teaching, and assessments. Each 3 unit course includes a scheduled mandatory 1 hour tutorial per week.

The general requirements for graduation include the following:
(i) The completion of a minimum of 164 credit units including core, elective, and general education courses.
(ii) A minimum of 64 out of the last 96 semester credits must be earned in residence immediately preceding conferment of the degree.
(iii) Pass a minimum of 28 credits in the general education courses.
(iv) Pass a minimum of 48 core units.
(v) Pass a minimum of 48 core course units at the 300 and 400 levels.
(vi) Complete, report and defend a research project supervised by a faculty project supervisor. A fulltime student on the programme may not take less than 16 credit units, or more than 21 units per semester, except with the specific approval of the school.
